Lilian was conceived in Lagos Island to a Yoruba mother and a Polish dad. Because of her dad’s calling, she lived in different parts of the nation amid her developmental years, going to Army Children’s school, Port Harcourt and Idi Araba Secondary School, Lagos.

She quickly studied Theater Arts at the University of Lagos.

Lilian Bach came into spotlight in the late1990s as a model and rose to notoriety in the wake of contending and winning the Most Beautiful Girl in Nigeria (MBGN) excellence exhibition facilitated by Silverbird Television in the late 1990s and has from that point forward highlighted in a few TV advertisements lastly turned into the Face of Delta.

In 2013, Lilian Bach stopped acting to center in different organizations.
